Returns/Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, please return it within thirty (30) days of purchasing.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
There are no shipping fees passed on to you to ship return packages

CONDITION OF ITEM
Once you receive your order, please check to be sure you were sent the correct item. Inspect for any defects or damages from the manufacturer or damage from shipping.
When returning items, return exactly as you received it and in its original packaging. Returns for products soiled, altered, used or damaged by you will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND
For returns, please send an email to contact@creamandtaupe.com. You will then receive an email with a return shipping label attached and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your package is received, the item for which you are requesting a return will thoroughly inspected for damage or other unfavorable conditions not present at the time the items was shipped to you. Once your request for return has been approved, your refund will be processed.
For all returns, please send an email before returning any packages so that a return shipping label can be sent to you. If a package is received without an email requesting return, the return will not be accepted.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
For all returns, please include in your email request for refund a receipt of purchase by scanning a copy of your receipt and including it as an attachment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns for personal care products or items on sale you have purchase are not accepted. Sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted for items purchased with gift card. Please also refer to "CONDITION OF ITEM".

TIMEFRAME OF REFUND
Once your package has been received and approved for refund, your refund will be processed. You will receive notification by email about the status of your refund. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for refund to be credited back to credit card or other initial method of payment.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, simply you would need to send back your order for a refund (refer to "HOW TO RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND") and then place another order for the item you want.
